Sandhill Plaza in Newtown, CT is a 168,000 SF shopping center.  Due to the absence of a municipal sewer system a state of the art on site sewage treatment system was designed by L. Edwards Associates, LLC to accomodate on site waste. L. Edwards Associates, LLC also provided all provided site design, permitting, and land surveying services.  An ALTA survey of the property was also completed.
